Customs and Culture Traditions

The location of Yanbu’s religious facilities has been carefully planned as testimony to the Islamic character of the new community. Local mosques and prayer halls are situated within easy reach of individual homes, schools and work places. In keeping with their purpose, mosques are among the most beautiful buildings in the city.

A broad spectrum of cultural facilities is also available to community residents. These include a museum, libraries and various assembly halls that are used for such events as lectures, festival presentations and exhibits.
