In collaboration with Yanbu General Hospital, SAMREF organized the 2026 blood donation campaign in order to help meet urgent needs of patients while highlighting the importance of such a life-saving humanitarian initiative.
The campaign was part of SAMREF’s commitment to social responsibility toward local community and attention to fostering awareness on voluntary contribution. It also aimed at encouraging our employees to take part in such impactful initiatives.
SAMREF “Moltaqa” was held, bringing together the President & CEO, Mr. Mohammed M. Farsi, management team and the employees.
The event shed light on the future growth updates and major project progress. It also featured an open discussion followed by Q&A session, where employees were able to offer suggestions in order to promote culture of engagement while aligning with the corporate trends.
The 114th meeting of SAMREF board of directors was recently held and presided over by SAMREF board chairman, Mr. Abdullah Al-Swuailem.
The meeting covered a variety of business agenda related to operational and financial performance along with the key strategic plans in place to achieve SAMREF’s future growth prospects and corporate vision.

On the world chocolate day, a special celebration was held where employees enjoyed the testing experience at the chocolate fountain in a joyful and exciting atmosphere.
President & CEO, Mr. Mohammed M. Farsi received and welcomed MARAFIQ Vice President of Operations, Mr. Sami S. Al-Huwais who visited SAMREF recently. They emphasized collaboration and explored areas for sustaining the operations integrity and strengthening the synergy opportunities.
They also addressed the potentials for more reliable utility services in support of the industries as to sustain business continuity, improve operational efficiency and reinforce national transformation plans.
