The 109th SAMRE Board of Directors meeting was held on 17 April in Ras Tanura. Several items on the agenda were discussed including the ongoing projects, business performance, refinery operations and strategic plans to achieve and sustain SAMREF’s growth prospects.
SAMREF took part in the 2025 sport festival organized by the RC-Yanbu to be the football championship winners after defeating the RC team on penalty shootout in the final match.

SAMREF took part in the King Abdulaziz University Career Fair-12 held from February 2nd to 6th, 2025.
This participation is a testament to SAMREF commitment to exploring and securing attractive job opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced individuals.
The event brought together more than 40 organizations. It featured a series of training and consultation sessions that aimed at promoting jobs and career development opportunities.
SAMREF participated in iktva Forum and Exhibition 2025, where a MOU was signed with ASMO Advanced Logistics Services Co., in the presence of SAMREF President & CEO, Mr. Khalid K. Al-Jehairan.
Such an engagement with ASMO is aimed at strengthening strategic business partnerships and sustaining contribution of local content to the national economy.
The meeting of SAMREF board of directors was recently held. It was headed by SAMREF board chairman, Dr. Faisal Al-Faqeer, to discuss a diverse business agenda related to the strategic plans and goals in order to achieve and sustain SAMREF’s future growth prospects.
In the presence of SAMREF’s Board chairman and directors, the annual recognition ceremony was conducted to honor a multitude of employees who completed years of continuous service.
