Mr. Wim Roland Blokker is ExxonMobil Global Operations Vice President for the International portfolio, responsible for all Joint Ventures and ExxonMobil-operated refinery, chemicals and gas processing manufacturing plants across Europe, Middle East and Asia. Over a 28-year career with ExxonMobil, he has held senior manufacturing, planning and commercial leadership roles in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United States, including plant manager assignments at Mont Belvieu and Baytown. He holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Delft University in the Netherlands.
