Stijn Vanderlocht

Stijn Vanderlocht is Controller for Europe, Africa & the Middle East at ExxonMobil Product Solutions, based in Brussels, where he leads financial stewardship, performance management and strategic decision support across the region. With more than 25 years at ExxonMobil spanning engineering, commercial and finance disciplines, he previously served as Chief Audit Executive for Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leuven, Belgium.

Wim Roland Blokker

Mr. Wim Roland Blokker is ExxonMobil Global Operations Vice President for the International portfolio, responsible for all Joint Ventures and ExxonMobil-operated refinery, chemicals and gas processing manufacturing plants across Europe, Middle East and Asia. Over a 28-year career with ExxonMobil, he has held senior manufacturing, planning and commercial leadership roles in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United States, including plant manager assignments at Mont Belvieu and Baytown.

Fernando B. Vallina

Born in Spain, Fernando Vallina is a graduate of the

Autonomous University of Madrid, where he earned a

Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. He also holds a

Master of Business Administration degree from Instituto de

Empresa in Spain.

Mr. Vallina joined ExxonMobil in 1987 in Spain and has held a

wide range of management positions in sales, marketing,

technology, planning and supply chain throughout the world,

including in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Sulaiman M. Al Rubaian

Sulaiman M. Al Rubaian is the Manager for Facilities Planning Department, having been appointed to the role in mid-2020.  He has been overseeing the development of long-term plans that focus on value creation, identification of cost-effective options for capital projects, and leading front-end planning and approvals of capital projects. In addition, Sulaiman serves as a Director on Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery (SAMREF) Board. 

Mitib A. Al-Harbi

Mitib A. Al-Harbi is Vice President of Fuel Business Management at Saudi Aramco, where he oversees the company’s downstream joint ventures and affiliates worldwide. He previously served as President of Aramco Asia and as Representative Director of Aramco Korea, and earlier led Aramco’s Domestic Joint Ventures Management and Coordination. His international experience includes several leadership roles at Motiva Enterprises in the United States, where he was recognized with the Motiva CEO Award for Superior Excellence.
