Abdullah S. Al-Suwailem serves as the Senior Vice President of Western Region Manufacturing at Aramco, bringing more than three decades of leadership across the global refining and petrochemical industry. Mr. Al-Suwailem’s career spans over senior executive and board roles at several Aramco affiliates and joint ventures, including President & CEO of both SATORP and Petro Rabigh, Shareholder Representative for both PrefChem and JIGPC and General Manager of Jazan Refinery Complex. Mr. Al-Suwailem played a central role in negotiating and developing three landmark Aramco joint ventures — Petro Rabigh, SATORP and YASREF — and holds extensive experience in corporate governance and the leadership of publicly-listed companies. He [Mr. Al-Suwailem] earned his B.S. in Applied Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
