Sulaiman M. Al Rubaian is the Manager for Facilities Planning Department, having been appointed to the role in mid-2020.  He has been overseeing the development of long-term plans that focus on value creation, identification of cost-effective options for capital projects, and leading front-end planning and approvals of capital projects. Mitib A. Al-Harbi is Vice President of Fuel Business Management at Saudi Aramco, where he oversees the company’s downstream joint ventures and affiliates worldwide.
