Mitib A. Al-Harbi is Vice President of Fuel Business Management at Saudi Aramco, where he oversees the company’s downstream joint ventures and affiliates worldwide. He previously served as President of Aramco Asia and as Representative Director of Aramco Korea, and earlier led Aramco’s Domestic Joint Ventures Management and Coordination. His international experience includes several leadership roles at Motiva Enterprises in the United States, where he was recognized with the Motiva CEO Award for Superior Excellence. He completed the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2025, and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
